Tehran-Sana
Iran has condemned the raids launched by the Saudi regime's aircraft on Yemen two days ago, which led to the death and injury of dozens of civilians.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh stressed in a statement today that the continued military attacks of the Saudi coalition forces on Yemen in light of the international community's silence and indifference, and its adoption of a biased approach and double standards, makes the path to achieving a just peace in this country more difficult.
Khatibzadeh considered that the continuation of the siege and bombardment on the Yemeni people is an indication of the lack of a serious determination to resolve the crisis in Yemen and insistence on continuing the military approach that caused great destruction in this country and resulted in insecurity and instability.
Yesterday, the Saudi regime's warplanes launched raids on the central prison in Saada and the communications building in Hodeidah, killing 76 people, including three children, and wounding more than 138 others.
