Jungle camp 2022: The ranger finds surprising luxury items.

The first episode of the new season Jungle Camp already had a few surprises in store.

Four items stood out in the annual battle for luxury items.

South Africa – The starting signal for the 15th season "I'm a star get me out of here" has fallen, the stars have arrived in South Africa and moved into this year's jungle camp. When they get to know each other right from the start, designer Harald Glööckler prophesies: "It will be the most grandiose jungle show." Ten other German celebrities traveled to South Africa with him and were part of the popular RTL show. Among others, Glööckler's comrades-in-arms: Anouschka Renzi, Tina Ruland, Manuel Fleckinger and Jasmin Herren. You can find an overview of all participants here. However, one face was missing when they got to know each other: Lucas Cordalis. Daniela Katzenberger's husband tested positive for the corona virus and can therefore not move into the camp for the time being. Divided into two groups, we finally went from the luxurious introductory location into the wilderness:The stars had to change their outfit and the luxury items were scrutinized closely. There have already been a few surprises.

Jungle camp 2022: pillows and earplugs at the top of the list

The celebrities were given a total of five minutes to change from their normal everyday look to the well-known jungle outfit, with red trousers, a blue T-shirt and a brown hat.

Then it was down to business: Two strict rangers in army clothing opened the backpacks of the celebrities.

Two luxuries were allowed, many stars thought practically, some left the audience amazed in disbelief.

While Peter Althof, Tara Tabitha and Filip Pavlovic, among others, thought about a good night's sleep and packed pillows or earplugs, others were more concerned with their own immaculate appearance.

Jungle camp 2022: "Push-Up Undies" for Harald Glööckler

Jasmin Herren tried to carry cigarettes wrapped in her bikini to the camp - it was probably nothing, the rangers confiscated the fags immediately.

Linda Nobat takes a massage glove and Vaseline to the camp, the viewers should be curious to see what the ex-bachelor candidate will need these two utensils for.

Prince Charming candidate Manuel Flickinger is also surprised: he chooses an expander as a luxury item and is allowed to keep it.

Probably the most bizarre is hidden in Harald Glööckler's backpack.

The designer has included five "push-up" briefs.

When asked in disbelief if he really wears it, he replies: "Yes, every day, even in the jungle." Later in the show, RTL films particularly close to Harald Glööckler's crotch.

Whether this has anything to do with the push-up underpants remains unclear.

After clearing the first hurdle, the stars were finally able to move into their new home for the next two weeks.
