Annual preview for 2022: Reichersbeuern has a lot planned and will be getting a doctor again this year.
Reichersbeuern - The municipality of Reichersbeuern has a lot planned for 2022.
The conversion and conversion of the old town hall is very current.
Mayor Ernst Dieckmann is delighted that a doctor has been found for the position in a family doctor's practice that has been orphaned for five years.
As early as spring, Dr.
Johanna Eras started the practice on the ground floor of the former town hall.
For this it is necessary to redesign the premises in a practical way.
"We only want to do what is absolutely necessary", explains Dieckmann, "because the building is to be demolished in the medium term".
Community should get a doctor again
The municipality is planning a new building for senior living on the site, in which, in addition to the family doctor's practice, rooms for a nursing service could also be accommodated. It could take three to five years for that to happen. Another important issue is village renewal. There was a lot of discussion with interested citizens in working groups and joint workshops about the areas in which Reichersbeuern could change without losing the village character. "I am firmly assuming that the Office for Rural Development will order comprehensive village renewal in 2022," says Dieckmann. After that, the community can begin planning and implementation. "The design of the town center in the vicinity of the Altwirt and the town hall will be one of the first topics to be tackled."

The construction of a wood chip thermal power station in the primary school area is another milestone in the realization of the local heating network, which began in 2019 with the construction of a municipal network.
The strong interest of the population in the local heating supply has meant that the larger infrastructure network, with which, for example, the town center around Tölzerstrasse, Tegernseerstrasse and Oberländerstrasse can be supplied, can go into operation earlier than expected.
"Our local heating supply is a real success story," says Diekmann happily.
"Our goal is to be able to deliver the heat from the new thermal power station as early as the coming 2022/23 heating season." Incidentally, the pellet heating system set up for the smaller municipal network will not be dismantled
Don't lose sight of closing the gap in cycle path construction
