Disruptions in the Negev following the planting:

Three indictments were filed today (Sunday) against Bedouin rioters for riots and riots.

The indictments join 16 more filed last Thursday.

In all, about 96 rioters have been arrested since the riots began, some arrested on the spot and some a few days later, and 20 indictments have been filed.

Today, in the Magistrate's Court in the Supreme Court, three defendants were filed in light of the planting of the JNF in the Negev.

Another indictment was filed Friday against a defendant who set fire to tires on the road. 

According to the indictment, the defendants took part in a riot in a planting area near the Al-Trash scattering, on Road 31 on the way to Arad, the rioters did not comply with the police demands to evacuate the place and threw stones at the policemen.

Also, according to the indictment, another defendant placed tires on the lane of Route 25 on the way to Dimona, about half a mile from the turnoff to Yeruham then escaped and then placed another tire in the area adjacent to the road.

Indictments attribute to the defendants, each according to his part, committing offenses of rioting, disturbing a police officer in aggravated circumstances and acts of recklessness and negligence.

The arrest requests stated that the defendants' danger intensifies in light of the circumstances of the acts, while police forces are deployed throughout the Negev, dealing with riots and mass riots, roadblocks and stone-throwing that endanger the safety and security of the public in general and the police in particular.
