Dozens of Chinese planes infiltrated Taiwanese airspace Israel today

39 Chinese fighter jets penetrated the airspace of Taiwan today (Sunday), the Ministry of Defense in Taipei reported in a press release.

According to the announcement, three waves of aircraft, including fighter jets, bombers and electronic warfare aircraft, entered Taiwan's air defense area near the Parthian Islands.

According to a statement from the Taiwanese Ministry of Defense, Taiwanese fighter jets were launched at Chinese aircraft and they headed back to mainland China.

The initiated tension on the part of Beijing comes in the shadow of growing Chinese regime threats to independent territory and while challenging the United States, Taipei's main ally.

U.S. media reported over the weekend that China was examining Washington's response to Russian threats against Ukraine, with a view to a possible military action against Taiwan.

This is not the first aerial intrusion into Taiwan territory.

In February, Chinese nuclear bombers set out on a series of raids off the island's shores.

In June, the Chinese Air Force sent 28 fighter jets to fly off the western coast of Taiwan.

China does not accept Taiwan's self-rule and Chinese President Xi Jinping has previously refused to pledge not to use military force to unite Taiwan with the rest of China.

Taiwan, on the other hand, does not see itself as part of China's political order.

"Taiwan is not part of the People's Republic of China and has never been ruled by it even one day," a statement from Taipei's Foreign Ministry said last week.

In 1949 after the fall of China to the Communists, the nationalist forces led by Chiang Kai-shek withdrew to the island.

China has tried several times in the past to invade the island, but American intervention has prevented a large-scale Chinese invasion.
