Starnberg/Bernried - On her first visit to her constituency in Weilheim-Schongau/Garmisch-Partenkirchen, SPD member of the Bundestag Carmen Wegge from Starnberg met the Bernried community on Lake Starnberg and the "Forum Humor" association on Thursday.

An exhibition house is to be built at Lake Starnberg

The Forum Humor association is committed to building a center for humor and comic art in Bernried.

After the community on Lake Starnberg had already bought the Bernried monastery and completed the summer cellar as an event location, an exhibition house that combines humor and comic art is to complete the village square.

In order to implement their construction plans, the municipality has applied for funding as a "National Urban Development Project 2022".
