Whether it is the new crown epidemic or other critical incidents, citizens who need psychological support services can call 5164 5040 directly during the hotline service hours. Or make an appointment through WhatsApp or Telegram, you can choose Chinese or English to talk.
The Red Cross said that its psychological support services are provided by clinical psychologists and trained psychological support service volunteers, and all personal data and content will be kept confidential.
Dr. Zhang Yili, clinical psychologist and director of psychological support services of the Hong Kong Red Cross, pointed out that the epidemic has lasted for two years, and it is approaching the new year. "It is normal to have these anti-epidemic fatigue reactions. It is hoped that while paying attention to physical health, citizens should also pay attention to the emotional needs of themselves and those around them, exert a spirit of mutual help, and seek professional assistance if necessary."
The Red Cross also stated that it will continue to pay attention to the development of the epidemic and provide various humanitarian services such as health and hygiene promotion, epidemic materials and psychological support to vulnerable groups.
