The jungle camp 2022 has been running daily on RTL since Friday.

Eleven candidates are in South Africa.

In the short clip, Fiedler explains her ambitions to replace Lucas Cordalis.

On Twitter, fans are already in anticipation - while others declare their deep dislike.

As always, there are only two camps here.

Either way: The hashtag #junglecamp is already trending on Twitter Germany, even if not all participants are known to the viewers.

For example, one writes: “I know 4 jungle campers, I like 3, I don’t care about one, I hate one, I don’t necessarily have to know the others.

But: I will have fun like a king of the jungle again.”

A user notes another novelty: “Nobody has to be woken up today.

In South Africa, near Johannesburg, it is an hour later than here.

Vorab-Szenen zeigen erste Ekel-Prüfung im Dschungelcamp 2022

Update 21. Januar 2022, 18.38 Uhr: Schon vor dem Start veröffentlichte RTL auf seiner Website ein Video mit ersten, exklusiven Einblicken in den ersten Dschungelcamp-Tag. Und natürlich: Die Promis werden wieder einmal an den Tisch gebeten.

Alle zusammen müssen das Spiel „Wühlen, wissen, würgen“ spielen. Wie der Name schon sagt, handelt es sich dabei direkt um die erste Ekel-Prüfung. Die Promis müssen in nicht einsehbaren Behältern erfühlen, um welche glitschigen Organe es sich in ihrer Hand jeweils handelt. Zur Auswahl stehen unter anderem Hoden, Lungen, Augen und Därme. Dabei wird in Dreiergruppen und einer Zweiergruppe gespielt. Je drei (bzw. zwei) Promis haben die gleichen Innereien zu erfühlen. Im Anschluss wartet dann eine Essensprüfung. Ob sie sich dafür Sterne erspielen können?

Auch ein weiteres Spiel ist schon bekannt: Die Promis werden in luftiger Höhe einige riesige Bälle überqueren müssen und dabei Sterne sammeln (siehe Update 16.24 Uhr).

Dschungelcamp 2022: Harald Glööckler gedemütigt

Update vom 21. Januar 2022, 16.24 Uhr: Nur noch wenige Stunden, dann geht es endlich wieder los: das Dschungelcamp! Fans und Zuschauer sind schon gespannt, was die TV-Show zu bieten hat. Schließlich mussten sie im vergangenen Jahr coronabedingt auf IBES verzichten. Schon vor dem offiziellen Start sorgt der Sender jedoch für einen Skandal: Während einer Dschungelprüfung demütigt RTL seinen Kandidaten Harald Glööckler öffentlich*.

Dschungelcamp 2022: Fans wünschen sich Bea Fiedler als Teilnehmerin

Update vom 21. Januar 2022, 15.20 Uhr: Dschungelcamp-Fans stehen in den Startlöchern, denn heute Abend ab 21.30 Uhr beginnt die 15. Staffel von „Ich bin ein Star - Holt mich hier raus!“. Doch einige Zuschauerinnen und Zuschauer wünschen sich eine ganz besondere Kandidatin im Dschungelcamp 2022: Bea Fiedler. Die 64-jährige Schauspielerin nahm im vergangenen Jahr an der Dschungel-Ersatzshow teil. Sie schaffte es zwar nicht in die diesjährige Staffel, bekommt aber dennoch eine eigene Show auf dem offiziellen Instagram-Account von „Ich bin ein Star - Holt mich hier raus!“. Regelmäßig wird sie dort über die aktuelle Folge sprechen und ihre Meinung offen und ehrlich verkünden. Und natürlich bekommt ihre Show auch einen eigenen Namen: „Beas Raucherpause“.

Dschungelcamp 2022 Live-Ticker: Ex-RTL-Chef bezweifelt, dass der Sender Geld mit IBES verdient

Update vom 21. Januar 2022, 11.33 Uhr: Zum 15. Mal treffen sich bereits verschiedene Promis im Dschungel, um die nächste Dschungelkönigin oder der nächste Dschungelkönig zu werden. Doch dieses Mal wird vieles anders sein (siehe Erstmeldung vom 21. Januar 2022). Coronabedingt findet das „Dschungelcamp“ anstatt in Australien in Südafrika statt. Das Coronavirus ist auch schuld daran, dass in der aktuellen Staffel nur elf Kandidaten ins Camp einziehen werden. Lucas Cordalis infizierte sich mit dem Virus und musste deshalb kurz vor dem Start aussteigen.

Laut Helmut Thoma habe sich das Dschungelcamp in den letzten Jahren jedoch grundlegend verändert - und das seiner Meinung nach nicht zum Positiven, wie der Ex-RTL-Chef gegenüber t-online.de verriet. Die Quote werde immer schlechter, so Thoma. Für das Dschungelcamp, das in seinen Augen zwar immer noch die größte Show ist, die RTL im Programm habe, sieht er schwarz: „Dass RTL mit dem Dschungelcamp Geld verdient, bezweifle ich. Und wenn, dann sind die Erlöse nicht sehr groß.“ Der Grund dafür sei, dass der Sender an den falschen Stellen spare.

Von den zwölf angekündigten Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten seien ihm nur vier bekannt. Seiner Meinung nach müsste man auf Promis wie Günther Jauch oder Thomas Gottschalk setzen. Dass diese Show-Größen sich allerdings mit den aktuellen Gagen der Stars für das Dschungelcamp begeistern ließen, bezweifelt Thoma. „Das ist schon seit Jahren so: Der Sender kann das Dschungelcamp nicht mehr über die Namen vermarkten – denn keiner mit Rang und Namen lässt sich für ein paar lausige Hunderttausend rund um die Uhr filmen und frisst dann auch noch Ungeziefer“, ist er sich sicher. Er selbst wird die TV-Show nicht verfolgen, es sei „nicht seine Welt“. Er weiß jedoch, dass viele Deutsche das Dschungelcamp wegen der „einfachen Art des Humors“ lieben.

Dschungelcamp 2022 heute im Live-Ticker: Neuer Ort, nur elf Kandiaten - dieses Mal ist alles anders

Erstmeldung vom 21. Januar 2022: Kruger-Nationalpark - In diesem Dschungelcamp 2022 ist alles anders. Nachdem die meistgesehenste deutsche TV-Show Deutschlands im letzten Jahr aufgrund des Coronavirus nur in Hürth stattfinden konnte, wird man in diesem Jahr die Promis endlich wieder leiden sehen. Bei Ekel-Prüfungen, ordentlich Zoff, Drama, Skandale und zu wenig Essen.

RTL-Dschungelcamp 2022 im Live-Ticker: Auftakt in Südafrika mit Hartwich, Zietlow und Dr. Bob

Eine entscheidende Änderung gibt es schon einmal: Das Camp ist ein anderes. Bisher teilten sich die Teilnehmer ihren Aufenthaltsort in Australien. Diesmal sind sie in Südafrika. Dort ist das Zuhause für die nächsten zwei Wochen in der Nähe des Kruger-Nationalparks. Fernseh-Erprobt ist das Dschungelcamp aber trotzdem schon: Viele Sendungen des australischen Pendants „I am a celebrity... get me outta here“ wurden hier gedreht. Schon bevor es am 21. Januar losgeht, zeigte der Sender RTL erste Einblicke. Die typischen Pritschen und auch die Equipment-Kiste sind schon mal dabei. Auch Dr. Bob ist wieder am Start, moderiert wird wie gewohnt von Sonja Zietlow und Daniel Hartwich.

Dschungelcamp 2022 im Live-Ticker: Zwei geplante Kandidaten sind nicht dabei

Die Kandidaten standen eigentlich auch schon fest, doch hier gab es im Vorfeld schon einigen Trubel. Doch zwei unter ihnen werden nun nicht geplant einziehen. Bei Person Eins handelt es sich um Christin Okpara. Wegen Trubel um ihren Impfstatus darf sie nicht antreten. Stattdessen geht Jasmin Herren, die Witwe von Willi Herren, auf die Pritsche. Kurzfristig gibt es aber noch einen weiteren Ausfall: Lucas Cordalis. Im Vorfeld wurde er als großer Favorit gehandelt. Nun kann er wegen eines positiven Coronatests beim Start nicht dabei sein. Er hoffe allerdings, noch nachrücken zu können, so Cordalis. Ob es einen Ersatz geben wird, ist aktuell noch nicht bekannt. Spekulationen gibt es unter anderem um Promi Jasmin Wagner, alias „Blümchen“.
