The late Nechama Rivlin Elementary School in Kiryat Motzkin was the first to commemorate the former president's wife who passed away in the summer of 2019. The school has 348 students.

Prior to Tu B'Shvat, the certificates were distributed to all students except for 75 students who are in solitary confinement.
