Minister Bar-Lev on the NSO affair: "Not only the last two years will be examined, but the entire period"
In an interview on 103FM, the Minister of Internal Security said that it was first decided to check the last two years because "if God forbid one incident or another happened in violation of the law, it is likely that the same factor is still in the system."
On the attack on left-wing activists by settlers, he said: "A leap forward in the terrorism of extremist settlers"

In the video: Discussion in the Constitution Committee on the publication of the police's use of NSO's Pegasus spyware (Knesset Channel)
The Minister of Internal Security, Amar Bar-Lev, explained this morning (Sunday) in an interview on 103FM why it was decided to examine only the last two years and not beyond the NSO and police affair.
"The last two years should be examined first, because if, God forbid, one or another incident happened in violation of the law, it is likely that the same factor is still in the system."
Bar-Lev was asked if he knew that the police had planted spyware on the phones of three mayors, as published in Calcalist: "I did not know Yael and I do not know if it was. We will mention that this is an incident from 2016. I am only seven months as minister."
