Coup de com' or real proposal?
Invited in duplex during the JT of TF1 this Sunday noon, in the sequence “If I were president”, Nicolas Dupont-Aignan expressed an original wish.
Regarding the “
public figure
” that he could appoint in his government, the leader of Debout la France mentioned Jean-Pierre Pernaut, as “
Minister of Regional Planning
”.
A choice which may surprise, but which arouses the enthusiasm of the candidate in the running for the Élysée.

Has the time for a conversion come?
After more than thirty years at the head of the Journal de 13 heures – until his recent retirement – Jean-Pierre Pernaut is now coveted by the political world.
"
While the rural world is abandoned in France, I would like to bring (it)
" to take charge of "
the balance of the territories
", argued Nicolas Dupont-Aignan.
“
(For) a euro spent in the cities, there will be a euro spent in the small towns and the countryside.
It's his job, and I'm sure he would make a magnificent minister (…) to bring the French together
, ”he added.
“We never close the door”
If it is true that the former presenter has made the development of the regions his trademark during the television news, he does not seem ready for all that to make it his field of action at the national level.
Contacted by
Le Parisien
, the journalist would have discovered the proposal with humor.
“
Me, minister?
I have passed the age
”, he answers.
“
I let people who are competent enough to take care of that
,” he said.
Adding all the same: “
I do not completely close the door.
We never close the door.
