Konstantin Gavrilov, head of the Russian delegation to the military security and arms control talks in the Austrian capital Vienna, stressed today that his country will not tolerate any provocations by Kiev and Western countries in the Donbass.
Sputnik quoted Gavrilov as saying in today’s statements: “Everything was clearly stated and we warned that we will not tolerate when our citizens are attacked by Kiev forces or their Western allies, and that became clear to everyone.”
It is noteworthy that in April of 2014, the Ukrainian forces began a military operation against the residents of the self-declared Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics in the Donbass.
Western allegations and accusations that Russia is trying to launch an attack on Ukrainian lands continue, which Moscow denies and asserts that it comes within the framework of incitement against it.
