The Syrian Telecom Company announced that it will continue to receive those wishing to pay their phone bills due for payment for the months of September and October for the year 2021 during the official holidays from today until the 27th of this month within its specified centers and listed on its official page on the social networking site Facebook.
Engineer Haider Eid, director of company affairs, stated in a statement to SANA correspondent, the need to pay late subscribers for the necessary dues before the 28th of this month in order to avoid financial cancellation of all services belonging to the same subscriber in the event of non-payment of any of his service bills.
Eng. Eid explained that subscribers can pay directly through the electronic payment service available at banks and linked to the Syrian Company for Electronic Payments, which are the commercial and real estate banks, Bemo Saudi Fransi, Al Baraka, Syria International Islamic Bank, Al Sham Bank, and the approved centers of (Tashdeed) company in all governorates, in addition to the two cell phone companies, Syriatel and (M). TN), which is linked to the Syrian Company for Electronic Payments through two services, Syriatel (Cash and Cash Mobile).
Eid reiterated the reminder that telephone and internet complaints can be registered by calling 100. It is also possible to inquire about the dates of phone issuances, financial cuts and cancel subscriptions by calling 121. Those wishing to inquire about the value of telephone bills can also call 160 or 163 or through the company’s website.
