Civil investigators from the Bad Wiessee police inspection checked a Ford driver in Gmund.
The suspicion of drugs was confirmed.
The passenger committed another offense.
Gmund - Not only the driver, but also the passenger of a Ford in Gmund was checked by officers from the Bad Wiessee police station.
And indeed: the police officers found what they were looking for in both cases.
Civil investigators control Ford in Gmund
According to their report, the civilian investigators of the police checked a Ford with Italian registration at around 1 a.m. on the night of Sunday, January 23.
During the check in Gmund on Münchner Straße, the suspicion initially arose that the driver could be under the influence of drugs.
The 20-year-old Italian then underwent a preliminary drug test.
He confirmed that the driver had consumed cannabis products before starting the journey.
"The result was a blood draw in the Agatharied hospital," reports the police.
However, the check did not end there: "In the jacket of the passenger, also 20 years old, a so-called fist knife was found."

According to the police report, carrying such a knife is prohibited in Germany.
The passenger now faces a charge of violating the Weapons Act.
Since both of them are not resident in Germany, they had to deposit a security deposit.
Only then could they continue their journey towards Munich, after swapping places.
