A 14-year-old female trainee who was accused of indecent assault by the coach went to the hotel to massage and touch her chest after training, saying she didn't know kissing was illegal

The school's sports coach was suspected of indecently assaulting a 14-year-old female student four times. When the female student accompanied the team to Guangzhou and Japan for training, the coach also used words to massage the female student and took off her shirt on the plane to indecently assault her.

When he returned to Hong Kong for training, he also took girls to the hotel after training, during which they touched, pinched and licked their breasts, stretched out their tongues and kissed, and rubbed each other's bodies.

After being violated many times, the female practitioner felt that she could no longer bear it, and then informed the social worker to expose it.

The coach was arrested and admitted to having an intimate relationship with the female student, saying that he did not know that some behaviors were illegal.

He denies four counts of indecent assault, and the case will be heard in the District Court today (24th).

The defendant, Yang Jingxiong (32 years old, coach), charged that he had molested a female student X, who was about 14 years old, four times between July 24 last year and August 30 this year. The crime locations included Tokyo, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Japan. Doors and four hotels in Tsuen Wan.

First assaulted during training camp in Tokyo

The opening statement stated that the defendant was X's sports coach inside and outside the school at the time of the crime. The first indecent assault occurred in July 2019. When X was receiving a training camp in Tokyo, the defendant called X to his hotel room, thinking that X had a massage. On the grounds that her back reaches her shoulders, she lifts up X's clothes and applies massage cream to her, reaches under X's bra, and uses 3 fingers to circle around X's left chest for about 5 minutes, during which time X does not dare to move.

Guangzhou training camp to repeat the old skills

The second time occurred in the Guangzhou training camp on August 17 of the same year, and the defendant once again offered to massage X in the hotel room.

After the defendant massaged his shoulders and back for more than 30 minutes, he lifted up X's shirt and sports bra, and massaged X's chest up and down with 3 fingers for about 10 minutes.

After the training in Hong Kong, take the hotel room massage

By the Christmas holiday of 2019, X received a 6-day training in Tuen Mun. After the end of the training, the defendant asked X to stay alone and took X to his hotel room to massage X. After about 10 minutes, the defendant lay on top of X and stretched Tongue out to kiss X, X tries to avoid and clench his teeth to stop.

The accused then licked X's right ear and neck for about 30 minutes.

X felt that the defendant's lower body reacted during the last sexual assault

The last incident occurred in August 2020. After X received the defendant's individual training, X bought takeaways to eat at the defendant's residence in Tsuen Wan.

The defendant massaged it again, during which the defendant suddenly fell on X and kissed X's body.

X claimed that he felt the defendant's erect lower body pressing against his private parts, and the defendant immediately took off X's jacket and his own vest, then sat on X's upper body, reaching under X's bust to touch and pinching his breasts.

The defendant also removed X's bust, licked X's right nipple and tinted his neck and ears.

During the period, the defendant's body moved up and down, and the whole process lasted about 1 hour.

X later felt that he could no longer bear it, and finally reported the incident to the school social worker.

Arrested, says kissing and hugging is illegal

When the defendant recorded the interview record after his arrest, he claimed to have developed an intimate relationship with X, 𠄘 admitted that he had a crush on X, and believed that X did the same to him.

The defendant said that he did not confirm the relationship with X out of fear, because he believed that the intimate relationship between them was not correct, but the defendant did not know that kissing and hugging were also illegal.

Admits kissing but denies having an erection

The defendant also said that he did not know whether he accidentally touched the other person's chest when he massaged X in Tokyo; in Guangzhou, he massaged his chest and armpit with X's consent, but denied that he had put his hand under X's bust; In Tuen Mun, the defendant alleged that after he massaged X, the two kissed for about 10 minutes, during which they also kissed X's face and neck; in Tsuen Wan, the defendant claimed that he had lifted X's shirt and bra just to apply massage cream , and later X turned to kiss the defendant.

The defendant also denied that he had an erection at the time, explaining: "Under normal circumstances, I would not have such a physiological reaction."

The trial continued at noon.
