The lawyers of a real estate agent tried on appeal before the assizes of Val-de-Marne for the murder with a shotgun of his partner, also a police informant, questioned the policeman at length on Tuesday, January 24 in liaison with the victim, to try to give substance to the thesis of revenge against the backdrop of drug trafficking.

Since January 18, the real estate agent Fabrice Da Silva has been appearing for having ordered the execution of his partner, by the hand of his friend Mickaël.
“
Ben
,” 32, was found on the roadway next to his vehicle with a fractured skull and a 12-gauge warhead lodged in his chest on a freezing day in December 2010.
“The DNA profile” identified
Since the start of the proceedings, the two defendants fiercely deny having been involved in this sordid affair. Tried in Bobigny in 2018, they received 22 and 20 years of criminal imprisonment but appeared free before the Assize Court of Appeal of Val-de-Marne. The supposed murder weapon had been found on the passenger seat of the victim's car, known to the police for drug trafficking between 1992 and 2008. On this sawed-off shotgun, "
the DNA profile
" of Mickaël T. had been identified.
At the helm, the police officer who "
recruited
" Ben recounted how he had provided crucial information on in particular "
three, four good deals
" while he was working at the Yvelines judicial police.
Around 2009 however, the official dates, the source dried up.
His "
indicator
", who moved to Val-de-Marne, communicates less, reports the policeman.
In 2010, he learned of his death.

When I learned of his death, the possibility that he could have been identified as an informant came to mind
,” the policeman told the court.
“
It is not impossible
” that he was executed for this reason, believes the official.
The hypothesis of an execution "
of the mole
", the lawyers of Fabrice Da Silva and Mickaël T. are keen on it.
They thus recalled the frequent contacts that the dealing officer had with the informant shortly before the murder, starting with a telephone call a few days earlier.
“These things are completely untrue”
On this recording, broadcast at the hearing, we hear the policeman asking Ben to call him back for "
(their) little business
". A few weeks before the death, the policeman admits having seen Ben "
one last time
", without remembering where. However, a documentary broadcast in March 2019 on TF1 reports an incident a few weeks before the assassination: two delinquents would have recognized "
Ben
" and the policeman seated at a Parisian restaurant, and would have understood the status of informant of the victim . "
This incident at the restaurant, it's bogus, it didn't take place, (...) these things are completely false, just there to feed the most media-satisfactory thesis
", denounced the policeman.

Also questioned by the lawyers for the civil party, the officer in charge said that he remembered that Ben had spoken to him of having "
entrusted money or invested money without return on investment
" and that "
it was a problem
for him ". Responding to a question from Me Isabelle Felenbok, who represents the victim's wife, the police officer admits that the execution, if it had been carried out by drug traffickers, was "
not classic at all
". The criminals “
have guns that fire in bursts and take pains to destroy evidence
,” the official explained. In addition, "
Ben
" informed him about "
medium intensity traffickers, not on the high end of the organized crime spectrum
”.
The verdict is expected on Wednesday.
