An indictment was filed today (Monday) against Fabio Zimberg Tao, whose computer Begin found pedophile content containing hundreds of videos and pictures of a sexual nature.
Zimberg, 57, worked as a teacher in the Mikve Israel youth village and the contents were found on a computer he used for work.
The indictment, which was filed in the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court, attributes to him the offense of possession of an abomination publication containing the figure of a minor.
The indictment, filed by Adv. Yonatan Tal, states that between the years 2018-2021, the defendant worked as a teacher in the Mikve Israel youth village, where he also lived. As part of his work, he taught agriculture and managed the educational greenhouses in the youth village.
During that time, the defendant possessed a laptop and portable drives that were used by him for the purpose of his work, in which were found many abominable publications including the image of minors in various sexual situations.
For example, 70 videos and about 30 photos were found in one of the drives, showing minors younger than 14 out of 14 performing sexual acts or being photographed naked.
