A vaccination campaign by 1. FC Nürnberg made the dreams of many fans come true.
The club invited to the "sacred halls" of the Max Morlock Stadium for the spades.
Nuremberg – Many fans of 1. FC Nuremberg did not miss this opportunity: The club invited to vaccinations for a day and made its “sacred halls” available for this purpose.
400 people who wanted to be vaccinated had come to the Max Morlock Stadium after prior notification: around 230 adults and 170 children.
Katharina Fritsch, who is responsible for corporate communications at the club, told Bayerischer Rundfunk.

The capacities were fully booked after just two days.
It was then increased by a further 30 percent.
Everyone from the age of five could have the protective spades against the corona virus * given.
The children's vaccine from Biontech was administered to children up to the age of eleven.
Older people got the normal Biontech vaccine.
A high vaccination rate is important, explained Niels Rossow, the commercial director of 1. FC Nürnberg*: “We need our fans.
As soon as possible we want to cheer on our team in the Max Morlock Stadium again with many clubers."

Feel like a VIP for once
In return, those wishing to be vaccinated were allowed into areas that otherwise not even VIP guests can see from the inside.
The path that leads from the team bus to the changing rooms at home games was used to measure fever.
Then the "Mixed Zone" was open to do the paperwork.
Footballers and coaches are usually interviewed there.
The players tunnel was then the last stage before the waiting area.
There were long queues.
Finally, the fans were allowed individually to be vaccinated in the FCN coaching cabin.
The players' changing rooms had been redesigned as a rest area.
Anyone who wanted could take part in a guided tour of the Max Morlock Stadium after the vaccination.
The children were rewarded with a free membership to the "Mini Cluberern".
There were fan shop vouchers for the adults.
