1. Multiple cluster outbreaks in Hong Kong

The epidemic has spread in many districts in Hong Kong. The outbreak in Kwai Chung Village may have spread to many estates in Tsuen Wan. The epidemic continues in many parts of Kowloon West. There was another patient in Chang Yan House of Cheung Sha Wan Village, which had an unknown source earlier, and Tai Wo Hau. A confirmed patient in Fu Tak House in the village is studying at Meifu Delia College on Geely Path, which may increase the risk of outbreak in Kowloon area.

2. The epidemic spread in Kwai Chung Village to many estates in Tsuen Wan

As for the outbreak in Kwai Chung Village, more than 170 confirmed and preliminary positive cases have been recorded so far, and cases have been recorded in seven buildings. Among them, there are 126 cases in Yak Kwai House and 41 cases in Ying Kwai. The rest of the cases in the village are distributed in Ya Kwai. There is another fire in Cheung Shan Village in the same district. There were three cases earlier, plus one of the Housing Department's office on the ground floor of Lok Shan House, Cheung Shan Village. 3. Kwai Chung Village’s Foot-Free and Forced Inspection Scope

Residents of Ying Kwai House and Ying Kwai House in Kwai Chung Village are required to refrain from compulsory testing for five days, until this Wednesday (26th) and Thursday (27th) respectively.

Hau Kwai House, Xu Kwai House, Ya Kwai House and Qian Kwai House have also been enclosed for mandatory testing earlier, while Fu Keung House in the neighboring Tai Wo Hau Estate was enclosed yesterday (23rd), and about 1,150 residents were tested. No confirmed cases were found.

4. Mandatory testing locations spread across multiple districts

The cases have spread to many places in Hong Kong, which has greatly increased the number of mandatory testing sites.

In addition to the severe epidemic situation in Kwai Chung and Tsuen Wan, there are many restaurants and schools that require mandatory testing, and many government department offices, including the North Point Customs Headquarters Building, the New Territories Welfare Office, the Drainage Services Department's Shatin and Wanchai offices, have been included in the announcement.
