More than 100 people celebrated a private party in Hallbergmoos on Sunday night.
The case is a mystery to the police.
Hallbergmoos
– After the abrupt end of the lavish festival that was celebrated in the south of the district over the weekend, two aspects in particular caused astonishment at the Neufahrn police station. On the one hand, there is the fact that the majority of the guests do not come from the Freising district at all, as police chief Gerd Hartmann reports. On the other hand, the police only came because an anonymous caller reported a mass brawl in the building on Wilhelmstraße in Hallbergmoos, for which there are no clues or traces.
Right from the start: When the Neufahrn police received the report, the surrounding police authorities were asked for support due to the size of the private event.
"A total of 15 patrol crews drove to Hallbergmoos," reports Hartmann.
"When the emergency services arrived, most of the people fled." However, the police managed to arrest a total of 30 people between the ages of 17 and 21.
As it turned out, the party guests came from all over southern Bavaria.
By the way: Everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.
A young person from the district of Rosenheim had invited.
He was celebrating his 18th birthday and had rented the event room in Hallbergmoos for this reason.
"According to current knowledge, however, there was no fight," reports Hartmann.
The party guests are not willing to provide information to the police
The police suspect that the caller is not a local resident but a visitor to the party itself.
The police are now trying to find out what his motive for the alleged misrepresentation was.
"The people stopped were not particularly willing to provide information and some initially gave false personal details," reports Hartmann.
The officials also want to determine the vaccination status of the guests.
One thing is certain: the party guests massively violated the current Corona requirements.
A maximum of ten people are currently allowed at private celebrations, and only if everyone is vaccinated.
The parties involved are now being charged with violating the Infection Protection Act.
A party guest from the Freising district will also have to answer for violating the Narcotics Act: a drug detection dog sniffed out marijuana on him.
