Scholz on rampage in Heidelberg: It breaks my heart

Chancellor Olaf Scholz was deeply shocked after the rampage in Heidelberg.
"It breaks my heart to hear such news," said the SPD politician on Monday after a conference with the prime ministers in Berlin.
He expressed his condolences to the relatives, the victims and the students of the University of Heidelberg.
Berlin - In a lecture hall at the University of Heidelberg, a man shot around while the lecture was in progress, killing a young woman and injuring three people.
The woman died from the serious gunshot wounds a few hours after the crime, the German press agency learned from security circles.
The perpetrator, who is said to have been a student himself, is said to have shot himself.
