Taking a picture of yourself and a police officer with a joint in your hand is not a good idea for a 38-year-old.

His next move wasn't too clever either.

Moosburg

- In his foggy state, he apparently thought he had the idea for a funny selfie.

A federal police officer tried to explain to a Freisinger at the Moosburg train station that a photo of yourself with a joint and a police officer is not a good idea.

After another joint and a forbidden knife came to light during the subsequent train ride, the complaint was inevitable.

(By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)

This is where the story could end with a great selfie and a criminal charge of violating the Narcotics Act.

The Freisinger, however, continued to write the story.

Tricky finds on the train seat

Hardly on the train to the airport, he made himself comfortable in the compartment, again in the immediate vicinity of the young man in uniform, before rushing off the train in Freising. The federal police officer, who had used the short journey to telephone the details of his operation to the police station, had now pricked his ears again. So he took a closer look at the prankster's seat. Lo and behold, the 38-year-old left behind another joint and a prohibited one-handed knife, probably fearing that additional officials might be waiting for him at Freising station.

The airport police officer now secured the said finds as evidence and, after arriving at Moos Airport, handed the case over to colleagues from the Bavarian police inspection department there, as a matter of responsibility.

So now the judiciary will give Freisinger, who is already known to the police, the receipt for his unusual idea.
