The female defendant, Fu Shen (41 years old, Acting Senior Executive Officer of the Home Affairs Department), admitted that on 3 of the days between November 30, 2018 and June 17, 2020, she used an "Application for Resignation from Work" form, He also made a false, erroneous or inappropriate statement on the document, that is, he left his job and went to Kwok Yitang Chinese Medicine Clinic for treatment during those days, with the intent to mislead the SAR government.
