The Director of Social Affairs and Labor Ibrahim Khalaf said in a statement to SANA reporter that the number of displaced families from the southern region reached 3,900 families until yesterday evening, which were secured in five temporary shelters and with the people in the local community in the center of the city of Hasaka and safe neighborhoods, explaining that a temporary shelter was opened yesterday In the area of ​​Hebbo lands and serving it with mattresses, water, and all possible relief supplies from the Syrian Arab Red Crescent and some charitable societies, in the complete absence of international organizations working in the relief and humanitarian affairs in Al-Hasakah Governorate.

Khalaf pointed out that a number of NGOs, in cooperation with civil society initiatives, provided meals to all temporary shelter centers, in addition to continuing to provide medical services, medicines, necessary detergents, milk for children and other supplies, while the Syrian Arab Red Crescent branch took the initiative to donate blankets and sponge mattresses to the updated center and the rest of the shortcomings in Other centers, indicating that a new temporary shelter has been prepared in the city center in anticipation of any developments or emergency matters.
