There has been jazz music in the forestry in Pullach for 40 years - and it will remain so in the future.
"The guests can look forward to live music," says landlord Sepp Krätz.
Most recently, due to a GEMA requirement, it was on the brink of what to do next.

- According to Sepp Krätz, there was a subsequent claim totaling around 250,000 euros for a period of around three years.
"The GEMA tariff was suddenly changed overnight," he reports.
So far, the beer garden music was considered background music, after which it was classified as concert music.

Discussions about GEMA fees went on for two years.
The dispute finally ended up before the Munich I district court. In the summer there was an on-site appointment in the beer garden, at which a civil chamber had examined the premises.
Yesterday would have been another hearing date.
But before those involved met again in the courtroom, there was another solution: "The procedure was ended by a settlement," explains court spokeswoman Anne-Kristin Fricke.
This is also confirmed by landlord Sepp Krätz.
"We agreed on a reasonable amount, it's a great solution."
