During the Corona demos: truck crashes into car

A crash occurred in Bruck during the so-called Corona walk.

Exactly during the Corona demos, an accident occurred in downtown Brucker on Monday evening.

Fürstenfeldbruck – Ironically, while the demo of the so-called walkers was running and the counter-demo was taking place on Monday evening, there was a crash on the corner of Hauptstrasse and Schöngeisinger Strasse. A truck wanted to make a sweeping turn from the main road into Schöngeisinger Strasse and cut a car in the right lane that was also turning onto Schöngeisinger Strasse. According to initial knowledge, the crash only caused body damage. However, traffic was backed up on the main road. The demonstrators marching on the sidewalk on one side of the main street and the counter-demonstrators holding up their placards on the sidewalk on the other side of the street hardly saw each other through the traffic.

According to the police, the demos in connection with the corona pandemic were peaceful.

According to the local inspection, around 1,200 people took part in the lift between the Volksfestplatz and the main street, and around 150 people in the counter-event.

According to a police spokeswoman, no illegal or criminal acts were found at either of the demonstrations.
