The former head of the GSS, MK Avi Dichter, added: "The issue of violence and crime in Israel in general and in the Arab sector in particular requires a declaration of a coup d'etat. There must be an operative declaration. We must go to war. This is not just a task of the Israeli police in the expectation that "others will help.
" He stated: "The State of Israel is losing its way. What has happened in recent weeks in the Negev is not a matter of crime - it is a matter of nationalism. We see the Islamization of the Bedouin population. Uncontrolled nationalization processes. Ours will be the Iranian problem. "
Former Tel Aviv District Police, Border Police and Tel Aviv District Commander David Tzur said that the state has an obligation to invest a lot of resources for the police so that it can eradicate the damage to internal security: "Out of 100 percent budget, 80 percent goes to salaries .

"We see two vectors that are going to meet in a year or two, that are being built in front of us. The first is the Palestinian-Arab campaign for the Land of Israel, the second is the strategic race against Iran," explained Brigadier General (Res.) Amir Avivi, CEO The "Security" movement.
"We may reach an uprising all over the country. I think the IDF is not prepared for that. If we wait another year or two, we will meet these vectors at the height of their power," he added
. The lands in the Negev: "The state has done nothing against those Bedouin concentrations on state lands in the Negev and in the face of phenomena of women's importation and polygamy.
Local guards must be set up to guard the settlements.
Each on his own environment.
