During an inspection, the police in Essen caught a completely littered car.
Braking and clutching was hardly possible in the car.
Food – the trunk and back seat were almost bursting at the seams, a number of objects were stacked on the passenger seat and even the footwell of the driver’s seat was completely littered.
The police in Essen recently stopped a veritable rolling garbage dump.
The driver was now given a deadline to clean up his car, reports 24RHEIN*.
Essen: Completely littered car stopped – driver could not even sit up straight
The car was noticed by the emergency services due to the unusual posture of the driver.
He sat "very close to the steering wheel," reports a police spokesman.
The reason for this quickly became clear during the following check: "The driver had stored a number of objects and rubbish in the vehicle." The car was so full of rubbish that the man could hardly sit in it.

Particularly dangerous: there were also several objects in the footwell of the driver's seat.
They could have hindered both braking and clutching.
"This can delay the braking distance, especially in a dangerous situation," emphasizes the police spokesman.
In addition, the main inspection was overdue.
"The driver was also given a deadline to urgently put things in order in his car," said the police spokesman.
There should almost be a separate garbage container.
