Opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu this evening (Tuesday) attacked Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and his replacement Prime Minister Yair Lapid and called on the public to "take responsibility - because the government will not do this for you."
According to Netanyahu, "the government has lost control" in four areas.
"There are more than 800 critically ill patients, which harms the treatment of patients not in Corona, and people die for no reason. In the last week, 126 Israelis have died," Netanyahu added, "and some of them are unnecessary deaths, just because Bennett does nothing."
In addition, Netanyahu claimed that yesterday the peak of the burden on the hospitals since the beginning of the plague was broken.
"The number of hospitalized has reached an all-time high, the workers are working shortages because most of the brothers and sisters are in isolation. Hopefully we will not reach a collapse, but we are in a very dangerous situation," he said.
