A pet fell from a building in North Point.
At about 11:00 p.m. on the 25th, the authorities received a report from a 40-year-old man, saying that after hearing a strange noise, the rabbit he raised was suspected of flying off the platform of the building.
Firefighters and officers of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals rushed to the informant's address at Ying Fai Building, 457-459 King's Road, to assist. They climbed the ladder to the platform and found a white rabbit about 40 centimeters in length, but it was confirmed dead.
After the police intervened in the investigation and initially determined that there was no criminal element, the body of the rabbit was returned to the owner.
