The American occupier who planned these events, and at this particular time, seeks to achieve a number of goals, foremost of which is the flotation of “ISIS” and its operation again on the Syrian and Iraqi arenas, and has begun its operations in Diyala, Iraq, and Raqqa, Syria. Back and back to square one when it implemented Takfiri terrorism projects in the region and released the hand of the “ISIS” organization in Iraq and Syria under the name of “the Islamic Caliphate State” in the Levant and Iraq.

The timing of the events of al-Sina’a prison in the Ghweran area of ​​al-Hasakah and the clashes between the “Qasd militia” and elements of the “ISIS” organization came to confuse the papers and impede settlement operations in Deir ez-Zor and Raqqa, after these operations witnessed a large turnout from young people, which disturbed the client militias that tried to prevent citizens from reaching the prison. Settlement centers sometimes by firing live bullets at them and at other times by intercepting their boats that they used to cross the other bank of the Euphrates River. If the settlement operations are completed, these militias will find themselves alone and isolated, especially from the Arab component, and they will lose any support from the notables of the Arab clans who stood by the success of the settlement operations and encouraged the youth To return to the control of the Syrian state and practice their normal lives.

The operations that take place in the vicinity of the Industrial Prison and the escape of a number of ISIS members was a premeditated act to intimidate the citizens and force them to leave their homes. This was increased by the attacks of the American warplanes under the pretext of pursuing escapees from prison, which bombed the homes of the residents, schools, centers and government institutions, and this led to the displacement of the people in large numbers.

The goal of the American occupier behind this is to enable the “Qasd” militia from the city and extend its control over new neighborhoods and bring about demographic change in the province of Hasaka. At the same time, ISIS will not abandon either of them in the foreseeable short term.
