Google, Microsoft, Amazon, these tech giants have never made as many acquisitions as in 2021. Data from Dealabs, revealed by CNBC, shows that Google bought 120 companies in 2021. Microsoft acquired 56, and Amazon 29. These figures surpass their previous records recorded in 2020. And Dealabs only takes into account acquisitions that have been made public.

For Google, it is 22 billion dollars, a historic record.
Microsoft reaches 25.7 billion dollars, a figure that includes the 19 billion devoted to the acquisition of the intelligent voice solution Nuance.
