Last Sunday (23rd), a 51-year-old unemployed man escaped after indiscriminately wounding people in Shenzhen with a knife in hand. Two men were injured in the incident.
The unemployed man was charged with 2 counts of wounding with intent. The case was arraigned in the West Kowloon Court today (25th), and the case was adjourned to March 22nd for further investigation by the police, including viewing the CCTV involved in the case, Look for eyewitnesses, etc.
The defendant's bail application was refused and he was remanded in custody.
Defendant Ho Kaiying, charged with 2 counts of wounding with intent, alleging that on January 23, 2022, at the junction of Tai Nan Street and Guilin Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon, Hong Kong, with intent to cause serious bodily harm to NGULU Chinedu Victor and Paul Chan, it was illegal and maliciously hurt the two.
