Police are investigating the circumstances of the bomb blast that took place this morning (Tuesday) in the streets, during which a 29-year-old pregnant woman was seriously injured and her one-and-a-half-year-old daughter was lightly injured.
Among other things, the possibility is not ruled out that this is an act of revenge by a criminal organization, one of whose heads was the target of a recent injury.
This direction was examined due to the fact that according to police intelligence sources the husband of the wounded, although not currently recognized as having criminal activity, is close to the opponents of the same head of a criminal organization who was the target of the injury.
The Humiliation Area Police has begun collecting findings at the scene.
The vehicle inspection first revealed that the registered owners did not have a criminal record, and therefore the working premise was unclear as there was no sign as to why a charge was actually attached to this vehicle.
However, another investigation revealed that although the vehicle is registered on another property, it has no criminal record and the person who was injured and drove it, and she also has no criminal record, has not yet had time to transfer ownership.

However, further investigation has revealed that the husband of the injured woman ran about a decade ago for a short prison sentence for a fraud offense.
It has also been found that in recent years he has not been on the list of police intelligence targets and there is no indication of his involvement in crime.
At the same time, in the past, his name has been linked to one of the senior members of a criminal organization in the south, and this organization has a bitter rivalry with a criminal organization in the lowlands, one of whose heads was recently the target of an attack.
At the same time, the police are examining additional lines of investigation.
The husband's associates stated that he was a businessman and was not connected to the crime in any way.
The explosion occurred shortly after eight o'clock in the morning when the woman got out of the car from the parking lot of her apartment building on Carmel Street in the Ahuzat Nasi neighborhood of Rehovot, with her toddler daughter also sitting in the back seat.

"We heard a huge explosion and a number of neighbors who were on the street ran to the vehicle," said tenants in the building, two of whom assisted the victim.
"The wounded woman managed to get out and shouted, 'Take my girl out.' We took her out and started helping and called MDA and the police.
Such an event in such a quiet neighborhood is beyond frightening, there were children here who were on their way to school including a quiet neighborhood.
"After such an explosion, there is already a feeling that one should be careful walking around the street."
MDA paramedics Shahdi al-Shamali and Erez Cohen said: "When we arrived at the scene, we saw a dismantled vehicle.
Next to the car lay a 29-year-old woman consciously suffering from a multi-systemic injury to her arms.
Another injured was a one-and-a-half-year-old baby conscious with a head injury.
"We provided them with rapid initial treatment, took them to the ambulance and evacuated them to the hospital when the woman's condition was moderate to severe and the baby's mild to moderate."
The two were taken to Kaplan Medical Center, from where it was reported that the woman was suffering from a severe leg injury, and was taken to an operating room to treat the injury.
"Gynecologists have evaluated the condition of the fetus, and at this stage his condition appears to be stable. After the orthopedic surgery, another evaluation will be performed."
