Adler was born in Warsaw in 1943, immigrated to Israel with his parents in 1948 and lived with his family in Kiryat Yam.
He has been involved in public relations and media and strategic consulting.
The advertising agency was established by Adler and Eyal Chomsky in 1996 and made it one of the largest and leading in Israel.
The group employs hundreds of employees and includes, in addition to the advertising agency, also a design studio, a direct marketing company, along with investments in start-up companies, strategic consulting and crisis management.
The group's largest customers include the Bezeq Group, Mifal Hapayis, Bank Hapoalim, Procter & Gamble and more.
Adler was close to many politicians, especially former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, with whom he worked closely in the early 2000s.
His opponents claimed he was guilty of "introducing spin culture" into the Israeli media.
