The institution-related vaccination, which should come in mid-March, could cost some nurses their jobs.
Job requests are increasing, but are they all real?
Passau - All employees in the health and care sector must be vaccinated by March 15th - from then onwards the facility-related vaccination will apply throughout Germany.
Companies that are affected by this vaccination obligation must report unvaccinated employees to the health department.
If they still refuse to be vaccinated, they will be banned from working.
For a short time we have therefore seen an increase in job applications from carers, midwives and nurses.
They usually start with the words "Nurse, unvaccinated, looking for..." But are all of these job ads really real?

Journalist finds out about fake job ads
Due to doubts about the authenticity of the advertisements, a journalist from the
RBB
tried to call the numbers at the weekend.
The balance sheet: Some would not have answered, and other numbers were incomplete.
The advertising management of the publishing group Passau* therefore wanted to check future job advertisements for their authenticity* by making random test calls.
But even some test calls from the
PNP
revealed that it was difficult to determine which of the unvaccinated nurses were actually looking for a job and which ones faked their ad.
Frequently, no telephone numbers were given at all, only ciphers.
What is certain, however, is that the majority of the workers in the health and care report have already been vaccinated.
As Stefan Streit, spokesman for the health facilities in the Passau district, confirms, the vaccination rate for the more than 1,400 employees is “well over 80 percent”.
The facilities include the hospitals in Rotthalmünster, Vilshofen and Wegscheid, the Passau day clinic and the vocational school for nursing in Rotthalmünster.
Regensburg: University Hospital has a vaccination rate of over 94 percent
The University Hospital Regensburg * is also happy about its vaccination rate of around 94 percent for over 5000 employees, as it writes in a press release.
The Klinikum Ingolstadt* has a vaccination rate of around 90 percent among its approximately 3700 employees, as confirmed by the
Donaukurier
.
