" discourse, is today on trial by the Paris Criminal Court for "
individual terrorist enterprise
".

Suspected of having disseminated messages advocating Nazism, of having acquired weapons and of carrying out scouting at meeting places of the Jewish community, the individual was arrested in Limoges in May 2020. The investigators were then intrigued by violent comments he made on social networks.
During a search of his home, the latter had notably discovered firearms and ammunition.
In pre-trial detention since his arrest, Aurélien C. had already been sentenced in May 2019 to four months in prison for threats against members of the association “SOS Racisme-Les potes en Limousin”.
He had also been given a four-month suspended prison sentence for “acquisition and possession of a weapon without authorization”.
