His new essay, which has just been translated into French, tackles what remains a taboo of political correctness on both sides of the Atlantic: the demographic and cultural upheaval at work in our Western societies.
“Monocultural and monoethnic democracies are gradually disappearing
,” writes Yascha Mounk before adding:
“The transformation of our democracies into multiethnic societies will be the fundamental challenge of the 21st century.”
