The new education outline takes effect this morning, bringing with it a line for parents - students who have met a verified patient will not go into isolation, but will return to the education system based on two antigen tests they perform.

Who does the outline include?
The new outline will apply to students of all ages in educational institutions: kindergartens and nurseries, elementary schools, middle and high schools, boarding schools and yeshivas.
Who will distribute the tests?
In schools and kindergartens (ages 6-3) the tests will be distributed directly to parents.
Parents of toddlers up to the age of three will need to collect the tests from urban complexes.
On what days will the tests take place, and who will perform them?
Students will be required to perform home antigen tests twice a week - on Sundays and Wednesdays, before arriving at school - so the responsibility will pass to the parents.

Do I need to present a test certificate?
After the test, the student or one of the parents is required to report it on the Ministry of Education portal.
What about a student who does not want to be tested?
An unvaccinated student who is not tested on Sundays and Wednesdays, and does not fill in the data on the Ministry of Education portal accordingly - will be required to enter full isolation (five days) in case a verified student is discovered in his class.
What do you do if a verified sick person is discovered in class on Monday? Waiting for Wednesday's checkup?
In the case of direct and close exposure - in class, at home or in the afternoon - it is recommended to be checked daily, for the five days immediately following the date of exposure.
What to do if a student has corona symptoms?
The Ministry of Health emphasizes that students with symptoms are required not to come to school, and to be tested with a home antigen test.
Is the exemption from isolation valid only for the education system, or also for the afternoon?
