who display their thousand and one crunchy and tempting clichés on social networks.

On the program: sunflower seeds, oat flakes, dried fruits... enough to fill up on energy and vitality from breakfast.

Indeed, we were constantly told during our childhood: breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it must therefore be sufficiently substantial (crispy and greedy).

Ingredients

Oat flakes

: In addition to providing good carbohydrates to the body, oat flakes are rich in proteins, minerals, lipids and vitamins.

They give fishing for the day.

Nuts :

Walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews, almonds, pecans, pistachios… Beyond their taste quality, nuts are very rich in vitamins, trace elements and minerals.

Agave syrup:

Sugar, agave syrup, honey, brown sugar or maple syrup: it's up to you to choose which sweetener to add to your preparation, for a gourmet, crunchy and slightly caramelized breakfast.

The secret ingredient:

Infinitely available, we love the secret ingredient that makes us crave.

Dried fruits, chocolate chips, coconut or even cranberries.

The steps to follow

And why not cut your granola into bars when it comes out of the oven?

First, preheat your oven to 180°C.

Then, in a large container, mix the nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, etc.) and the oat flakes.

At the same time, prepare your syrup.

Heat the chosen sweetener in a saucepan for a few minutes before pouring it over the mixture.

Once the seeds are well soaked, pour everything onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Leave to cool and add your secret ingredients to your preparation.

The conversation

After baking, the granola can be stored for several weeks in a box, an airtight jar or a freezer bag.

To be served with fromage blanc, compote, milk or fresh fruit, accompanied by a siren bowl with spirulina, cereals and raspberries or a squeezed juice.

Warning: nuts are one of the main sources of food allergy.

Muesli and granola, what are the differences? 

If the two preparations are very similar, there are nevertheless some small differences between the two.

First, the muesli is not cooked when the granola is lightly browned in the oven.

Second, muesli is neither sweet nor “seasoned” when granola is brushed with agave syrup, honey or maple syrup.
