Tehran-Sana
The Iranian Foreign Ministry has criticized British Foreign Secretary Liz Terrace's statements that Iran will be responsible if the Vienna negotiations reach a dead end, describing them as irresponsible and baseless.
In response to Teras’ statements, IRNA news agency quoted Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh as saying: “These irresponsible and baseless statements are another card in the empty game that Britain and some Western countries are playing to blame Iran and cover up years of inaction. In fulfilling the obligations and keeping pace with the illegal and inhumane embargo measures imposed by the United States.”
Khatibzadeh added, "Using such archaic phrases and empty threats does not diminish the legal and moral responsibility of this country in violating the nuclear agreement, and of course, it does not lead to any disruption of Iran's determination to reach a good, sustainable and reliable agreement that provides the interests of the Iranian people."
Khatibzadeh made it clear that only Iran's strategic patience provided the conditions for the completion of negotiations at this stage, but it is clear that this window will not remain open forever, and the opposite parties instead of accusing Iran of negligence and using boring rhetoric, they themselves know more than others how not based on any Support that they exert all their energies and care so that this last opportunity does not go to waste at the negotiating table.
