The law was approved by a majority of nine supporters against three opponents.

According to the law, only when the government declares a "state of emergency" will it be able to bring the regulations to the Knesset for retroactive approval, even after the Knesset has approved the declaration itself.

In addition, the report states that cases have been reported worldwide of children who developed encephalitis (encephalitis) during and after the disease, about two weeks after recovery, when the inflammation included symptoms such as headaches, balance disorder, seizures, weakness and confusion.
