During the past 24 hours, most of the Syrian governorates witnessed rainfall of varying intensity, the highest of which was 86 mm, in Qardaha, Latakia.
The Bulletin of the Rain Enhancement Project issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform stated that precipitation rates were in the governorates of Damascus and its countryside… in Al-Haramoun 8 mm, Serghaya, Zabadani and Al-Tal 2 mm, and in Daraa it was recorded in Nawa 1 mm.
In the Quneitra governorate, it recorded 8 mm in Hader, in Quneitra 2 mm, and in Nabe’ al-Sakhr 1 mm, while the amount of precipitation in Homs governorate reached 17 mm in Nazareth and Al-Hosn Castle 13 mm, Marmarita 12 mm, Al-Aridha 9 mm, Tal Kalakh 7 mm and Taldo 3 mm.
In Hama… it reached 30 mm in Wadi al-Ayoun, Masyaf, 25 mm in Ain Halaqim, 20 mm in Rusafa, 15 mm in Rabu, 1 mm in Mhardeh, 33 mm in Shatah al-Ghab, 24 mm in al-Karim, 24 mm in Ain al-Krum, Afamia 20 mm, and 10 mm in Suqaylabiyah.
In Tartous… it reached 40 mm in Hammam Wasel, Banias, Tartous 32 mm, Qadmous 30, Sheikh Badr 26 mm, Mashta al-Helou 23 mm, Safita 18 mm, Drakeish 16 mm, and Safwa 11 mm.
And in Lattakia… it reached 86 mm in Qardaha, Al-Muzayra’a 58 mm, Al-Qutaybiyah 51 mm, Wadi Qandil 49 mm, Buqa 47 mm, Al-Bahlouliyah 43 mm, Latakia, Kasab 41 mm, Al-Basel Airport, Al-Hafah 35 mm, and Salafeh 15 mm.
In Idlib, it was recorded… in Jisr al-Shughur, 25 mm, Khan Sheikhoun, 2 mm, Abu al-Zuhur, 1 mm, and in Aleppo governorate, 5 mm, in Azaz, 3 mm, Manbij, Aleppo, al-Matar and northern Ain al-Arab, 2 mm.
And in Deir ez-Zor recorded in the kasra 10 mm.
