What's next for the ZDF "Rosenheim Cops"?

More and more personal details for the coming season are taking shape.

Now what is probably the most popular star is explaining to our editorial team how things will continue.

Munich – Of course he was also in the anniversary episode of the ZDF "Rosenheim Cops": Max Müller as Michi Mohr.

Along with Marisa Burger as Miriam Stockl and Karin Thaler as Marie Hofer, he is part of the absolute backbone of the series - all three have been there since the first episode.

The 500th episode has now aired, with more to come as part of the 21st season.

And filming for the 22nd season is scheduled to start as early as April.

Rosenheim Cops (ZDF): Max Müller also wants to be there in the next season

Burger and Thaler have already confirmed that they will also be part of the party.

And Mueller?

"I'm very happy to be there," says the Michi Mohr actor in an interview with our editors, but points out that nothing has been fixed in writing yet.

“We always only find out in February whether we will definitely be shooting in March/April.

And I hope that Michi can be there.

Of course, I would be very happy if the contract and signature came soon.”

The fans will be happy: In a vote by our editorial team (in which you can participate above), Max Müller was voted the most popular star of the series, with around 40,000 votes.

A result that makes him happy, of course.

"It's just beautiful and really means a lot to me.

I love this role.

And when the viewers do that too, it's a great gift.

Many Thanks."

Didn't the Austrian even think about leaving?

"No," said the 56-year-old.

“By the way, I have my own little anniversary this year, I've been in the job for 35 years, 22 of which were with the 'Rosenheim Cops'.

I used to do a lot of theater and consciously got involved in the series experiment.

I don't like it when actors only see a show as a stepping stone to 'better or higher'.

When you get into a series, you have to assume that it might be a success.

That happened with the 'Rosenheim Cops', thank God.

So I made a conscious decision to do it.

So getting out wasn't an option for me.

I'm also an opera singer and I do 20 to 30 recitals a year, so I haven't gotten bored until now."

Rosenheim Cops (ZDF): In addition to Max Müller, Marisa Burger and Karin Thaler, Sophie Melbinger, Alexander Duda and Sarah Thonig are still there

In addition to Müller, Burger and Thaler, other actors are also fixed for the 22nd season.

Sophie Melbinger, recently introduced as a temporary inspector, has already confirmed her commitment in an interview.

Sarah Thonig will also remain in the series.

"Mrs. Lange will also be in front of the camera again in the next season!", she explains to our editors.

And the boss stays on board too.

What would the "Rosenheim Cops" be without their chief of police, Gert Achtziger?

"Alexander Duda will be there again in the coming season, as usual," his agency announced.

In this respect, not much will change in terms of personnel in the ZDF “Rosenheim Cops” in the future.
