The Far East Hotel has applied to the town planning for the construction of the "Kau Wah Path Barbecue Site" involving 14 buildings.

Far East Hotel (0037) announced that it has applied to the Town Planning Board for the development of residential properties in relation to the barbecue site and the adjacent land in the area of ​​Kau Wah Path, Lai Chi Kok.

The application site is located in D.D.4 and adjacent to the government land in the Kau Wah Path, Kwai Chung, New Territories, with a site area of ​​approximately 48,300 square meters, comprising approximately 54% of the private lot and approximately 46% of the government land.

According to the master development blueprint submitted in the application, the application site will be developed into 14 residential buildings with ancillary facilities and a kindergarten with 6 classrooms, with a total plot ratio of not more than 5 times.

The early stage of the proposed development under the Master Development Plan targets 2,983 units. Together with the remaining development stages, it is planned to provide a total of 6,053 units.
