In the video: Do the children spend hours in front of the screens with grandparents?
This is how you will cope (Editing: Gilad Manheim)
If you are a parent of small children you are probably well acquainted with the following situation: At home, at breakfast, lunch or dinner, everyone is sitting together around the table - talking and sharing.
But when the kids are with grandparents?
Calls and shares Out, TV, smartphone and tablet - In.
True, there is no doubt that eating inadvertently disrupts our children's dietary choices, but proportions must be maintained: if they rarely meet grandparents, nothing really happened - as everyday habits are much stronger and it is not at all certain that you need attention.
Do children often meet grandparents?
Even in such a case you must not get upset.
What is allowed to do?
Ask, speak and communicate;
Define in advance for your parents what you do not want your children to eat and state this as a fact.
At the same time, try to find the equal valley;
Determine in advance which sweets the children will receive and thus create clear cut boundaries on the one hand and realistic on the other.
