"Kaufland" in Bad Tölz starts with conversion - electrical market has moved

Moving vans and containers in front of the market and craftsmen at work in the checkout area: the conversion of the "Kaufland" in Bad Tölz is casting its shadow.

- Originally, an elevated new building was to be erected over a parking area, which the city council did not approve of because it feared problems with the groundwater.
The Neckarsulm-based company decided to extensively modernize the existing building.
"The current branch no longer meets the requirements of a modern shopping center," says a short press release.
Conversion of the "Kaufland" in Bad Tölz during ongoing operations
The conversion of the “Kaufland” on Lenggrieser Strasse will take place during ongoing operations.
The company said the branch was open as usual.
Customers could make their purchases without restriction.
When does the main conversion period begin?
The company says nothing about this.
Talks are still being held with construction companies.
The construction work will take two years.
It includes a renovation of the roof, the expansion of the parking lot and a redesign of the facade.
Inside, modern colors combined with light wood and a clear customer guidance system are intended to create a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
Energy-saving and climate-friendly technology should be used in the future.
"Expert" has moved from Bad Tölz to Holzkirchen
As far as the moving out and new specialty stores are concerned, “Kaufland” is keeping a low profile.
It is said to be there again.
In any case, the well-frequented Elektromarkt Expert will no longer be represented.
Anyone who wants to turn onto Lenggrieser Strasse from Kaufland will see a large poster stand where "Expert" is advertising its location in Holzkirchen.
Unfortunately, the branch in Tölz had to be closed.
