I have seen quite a few times in my life that when I was in times of depression, it attracted me to people and bad situations, whereas when I was in good and strong times - it attracted powerful energies and wonderful people, which further enlightened the heart and gave strength and great passion to life.
The universe is based on the energies that surround us.
Focus on positive energies to attract more of those energies.
Just enjoy the beauty of the morning and nature, believe that there are great forces within us that guide and help us when we need them, and especially believe in the great energies of the universe, which affect us and we influence them, depending on our behavior and thinking patterns.
Setting new goals
Once you have managed to get back to yourself after the above steps and have found your inner strengths, now you need to set new goals, break free from old negative patterns and strengthen your self-confidence. If you have experienced a loss or personal crisis, look in the new destinations for the bright spots that will fill the inner space with hope and joy. For example, formulate a mantra for yourself with a more positive attitude, according to your worldview, that will help you return to mental balance. Draw your strength from your loved ones, they will give you the strength to fight through love for them. You can also acquire new hobbies, expand your interests. It will help broaden horizons, make the soul happy and even heal it.
Use these tips to strengthen yourself and find ways for inner healing, healing of the painful soul, in a process that will take time - but in the end you will have hope for change and especially for the return of passion to life. Never give up, even if you pray. Rise again until the victory and happiness you deserve.
