It is legally possible in France.

Opposed to the vaccination obligation, this engineer at the Hospices Civils de Lyon was nevertheless forced to do so because of her profession, and should therefore not have been able to practice from October 16, 2021, the date of entry into force of the vaccination pass for health professionals.

She was suspended for the duration of the disciplinary procedure and had therefore also presented a false health pass in order to return to her position as an engineer.

For all these facts, the hospital of the 3rd arrondissement of Lyon filed a complaint against the young woman, asking for the cancellation of her vaccination course.

An investigation was opened, and the young woman was taken into custody on Tuesday, January 25.

When questioned, the latter directly admitted the facts, justifying herself mainly by her refusal to be vaccinated as well as an overload of work.

The young woman is summoned next September to court, with a view to an appearance on prior admission of guilt for forgery and use of forgery and introduction into an automated data processing system.

She was released after her hearing.
