Man with low IQ admits rape and incest to his sister until she is pregnant and wishes to stop appearing in front of her

A 17-year-old boy with a low IQ, after raping his sister who was two years younger than him at home, continued to have sex with her until her sister became pregnant, and finally exposed the incident.

The boy had earlier pleaded guilty to rape and incest. The defense lawyer pointed out when he pleaded in the High Court today (27th) that the mother blamed herself for not sending her son to a special school, saying that the son actually loved his sister.

The lawyer described the incident as a tragedy. The boy planned to separate from his family from now on, and would not appear in front of his sister again. He hoped the judge would consider a lighter sentence.

The judge adjourned the case to February 28 for sentencing, pending a report from the defendant's training center.

The 19-year-old defendant pleaded guilty to one count of rape and two counts of incest.

The incident occurred between June and July 2019, when the defendant and X were 17 and 15 years old respectively.

The defendant is willing to no longer appear in front of his sister

The defense quoted the defendant's psychological report when interceding, saying that the defendant's IQ was lower than the standard.

When he was young, it was suggested that the defendant be admitted to a special school, but the defendant's mother refused.

The defendant's mother felt guilty for this, saying that if the defendant had been admitted to a special school, the situation might have been different.

The report also stated that the defendant planned to live separately from his family in the future, and did not want to appear in front of his sister to stimulate each other.

Lawyer describes case as tragic

Defence lawyers described the case as tragic and the defendant felt guilty because of his IQ problems and attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder.

However, he received support from his parents, and hoped that the court could obtain a report from the training center first.

The judge eventually agreed to request a training center report, adjourning sentencing to February 28.

Rape sister without condom

The case alleges that on a certain day in June 2019, the defendant climbed onto X's bed at the residence and then took off his shorts and underwear.

He inserted his penis into X's private parts without using a condom.

X tried to push the defendant away and expressed pain. The defendant responded that after a while, X would not feel pain.

In addition, the defendant had sexual intercourse with X twice in July 2019 without using a condom.

Sister who performed abortion reveals accused as father of child

Because X had not been through, the mother took X to the clinic for examination in January 2020, and then went to Tuen Mun Hospital for further examination.

An ultrasound showed that X was 22 weeks pregnant at the time.

She then underwent an abortion, and a DNA comparison confirmed that the defendant was the father of the fetus.

The incident was reported to the police, and the accused was arrested as a result, and he remained silent under caution.
